In general, as our art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless a product is damaged. Similarly, all art print sales are final at the time of sale and cannot be cancelled. However, if there are any issues or problems that arise concerning your order, please contact us at hello@jayoon.art and we will do our best to resolve them.
